Returns & Refunds

You can return any product purchased on within 14 working days from the delivery date.

That's how:

Please make sure the products are in the same condition you received them, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. We remind you that products tried, tasted or damaged will not be refunded.
Request the return to and we will send you all the instructions to follow.
Choose a courier and contact them to agree on shipping methods.
The amount spent, excluding any shipping costs, will be refunded to you within the timescales established by the payment method you used to place the order (approximately 5/10 working days).
When you want to make a return, keep in mind that:

Unless the reason for the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the price of the products you wish to return has changed since you placed your order, the price difference will not be refunded.
A refund can only be sent via the payment method used when placing the order. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact the bank or agency that handled the original payment method to collect the amount after the refund has been sent. is not responsible for products not received, therefore please use a courier that guarantees insurance and tracking of the shipment.
